Refund policy

At Heliconia, we want you to love your jewelry! However, please note that items purchased on sale or as part of promotions—including holiday promos, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, and secret sales—are not eligible for return or exchange.

For eligible full-priced items, we offer refunds, gift cards, store credit, or exchanges within 20 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must have tags attached and be in their original, unworn condition. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. If you choose an exchange, gift card, or purchase through our Loop return platform, no handling fees will apply.

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process after we receive your package, and you will receive an email notification once it has been completed.

To ensure a smooth return, please use the shipping label we provide. Returns sent without this label may be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn or altered in any way.

Damage Policy
Since all our jewelry is handcrafted, some pieces may have minor imperfections, but we stand by the quality of our work. If your jewelry gets damaged, please reach out to us, and we'll work together to find a solution. Please note that after three months of use, the warranty will no longer be applicable.
